We all arrived here on this unfamiliar land with our own reasons and goals, right?
Some came for a short trip to gain new experiences, others for studying abroad, and
some even came here after getting a job with a Korean company.
It was the same for me several years ago.
I went abroad to study something new.
I still remember. Even though I couldn’t speak a word of English,
I set foot on American soil for the first time that day.
I remember the first meal I had, the first time Michelle,
who came to pick me up, and Derek, who worked at the front dest help me out to check in
I went into my dorm room alone, wrote down the things
I needed on a memo pad, and took a taxi to Walmart.
I guess I was really stressed because of the unfamiliar language.
After a few months, I had more than 10 small bald spots on the back of my head.
But thanks to that,
I can now use another language comfortably besides my own language.
It seems there’s no such thing as a free lunch in this world!
Whatever the reason, welcome to this land, to Korea!
I hope you achieve whatever it is you’re thinking about and aiming for right now!
Today, I’ll introduce you to Daiso, which is like a dollar store where you can buy basic necessities
at a low price and good quality when you first arrive in Korea.
It’s a store that has almost everything except for the things it doesn’t.
There are 1,500 stores all over Korea, so I won’t leave a specific location!
It won’t be hard to find a store near where you’ve arrived!
Shopping! Don’t bother making a list.
Just go comfortably and get the things you need today~
I hope you have a pleasant shopping experience!
Once again,
Welcome to Korea :)
